2021 WHCE Virtual Woman of the year conference Sponsorship Levels

Where do my sponsorship funds go?

Sponsorship levels range from $1,000 - $3,000 this year. As part of your sponsorship, you will receive a variety of benefits (summarized above). Sponsorship allows us to cover the costs of the scholarship funds (see details below). Any additional proceeds are used for future WHCE scholarships, community service events, and professional development programs.

What are the WHCE scholarships?

The Lynn Adamson Memorial Scholarship

Currently awarded in the amount of $5,000, this is an educational scholarship targeted to women at a post-graduate or other advanced level of education/training who meet the eligibility and selection criteria. Lynn Adamson was a Bay Area health care planner, former President of WHCE (1993-1994) and a founder of the Bay Area Health Care Planning Association. Lynn was tireless in her support of these organizations. Lynn exhibited courage and unflagging optimism in the face of many serious medical challenges. Lynn died suddenly in 1998, after suffering a major stroke.  In her honor, we have named the scholarship after her.

WHCE Undergraduate Scholarship

WHCE also offers scholarships to third-year undergraduate students dedicated to pursuing health-related careers. The $2,500 scholarship and a one-year complimentary WHCE Membership are awarded to students who meet the eligibility and selection criteria.
